come with me to a few days back when i took a day to myself and just walked.
i started in midtown and walked along the east side, through stuyvesant town where the sun was filtered through the trees magically like this.
i grabbed a latte, there was a little farmer’s market, and it really felt like crisp, golden fall.
plus points to new york for all the squirrels. minus points for the rats. and COCKROACHES omg sorry for ruining the magic but a few days ago at the gym a huge cockroach literally RAN towards me, i was a total caricature of a *scared person* and jumped up on a bench and screamed. :))))))) ok sorry let’s move on
[insert read leaf emoji]
in alphabet city, the balconies looked like they were made of lace.
and soon enough, i had walked through east village and was at the beginning of williamsburg bridge. let’s cross it!
new york is really super beautiful right now (thankful for every day it’s not raining. i mean it’s november!), and over there is the manhattan bridge and brooklyn bridge. hello hi
i could see world trade center, financial district, and the building in which i work.
when i got over to the brooklyn side, turns out it was the new york marathon this very day!
lol i love ppl <3
i saw my favorite dog!!!!!! if i would get one, it’d be a sheeb. <3
it was lunch time for me, so i went to dumont burger. last time i was here was in 2013! burger still as good tho
williamsburg is so darn pretty! i could live here.
then, in the middle of the street, i was greeted by this fuckwad who was screaming out nonsense. ew bye
and then i saw this corgi that made the world a nice place again <3 (until wednesday when the whole country was in mourning again or you know at least half. jkshkljanfjkfgnjksfng.)
här var en fin och stillsam dag när jag prommade ensam längs east side, genom stuyvesant town och alphabet city och sedan över williamsburg bridge till brooklyn där jag kollade maratonlöpare, åt vegoburgare på dumont och spanade på gulliga hundar.
